对测定电子烟释放物中羰基化合物释放量的讨论与探究

本文针对《电子烟GB 41700-2022》附录F中测定电子烟释放物中甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和2,3-丁二酮释放量的方法进行讨论与探究.选择改用乙腈中甲醛、乙醛、丙烯醛和2,3-丁二酮作为标准物质,2,4-二硝基苯肼作为衍生试剂,常温衍生0.5 h后,绘制标准曲线和测定.四种目标物在(甲醛DNPH,丙烯醛DNPH,2,3-丁二酮DNPH:0.20~10.00 μg·mL-1,乙醛DNPH:0.80~40.00 μg·mL-1)的浓度范围内,具有良好的线性关系R2>0.996~0.999之间(权重1/X2).并且探究了吡啶试剂的作用和加入取舍.
Discussion and exploration of measuring released amounts of carbonyl compounds in electronic cigarette aerosols
To This study focuses on the discussion and exploration of the method for measuring the released amounts of form-aldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein,and 2,3-butanedione in electronic cigarette aerosols,as described in Appendix F of"GB 41700-2022 Electronic Cigarettes."In this study,acetonitrile was chosen as the solvent for the standard substances,includ-ing formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acrolein,and 2,3-butanedione.2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)was used as the de-rivatizing reagent.After 0.5 hours of room temperature derivatization,standard curves were plotted and measurements were conducted.Within the concentration range of 0.20-10.00 μg·mL-1 for formaldehyde DNPH,acrolein DNPH,and 2,3-bu-tanedione DNPH,and 0.80-40.00 μg·mL-1 for acetaldehyde DNPH,all four target compounds showed good linear relation-ships with R2 values ranging from 0.996 to 0.999(weighted 1/X2).The study also explored the role and inclusion/exclusion of pyridine reagent.
