Simultaneous Determination of 12 Elements in White Tea by Closed High Temperature and High Pressure Digestion ICP-AES
Aluminum, cadmium, cobalt, chromium, copper, magnesium, manganese, nickel, lead, tin, strontium, and calcium in white tea were determined using a closed high-temperature and high-pressure digestion inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES)method.Experiments were conducted on the digestion of samples using three mixed acid digestion solutions in a high-pressure sealed tank, and it was determined that aqua regia had the best pre-treat-ment effect on the samples. The correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations of the calibration curves for each element are all greater than 0.999;The detection limit is between 0.000 1 and 0.025 mg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 4.5%,and the recovery rate is 91.9 to 106%.This method is easy to operate, uses less acid to reduce en-vironmental hazards, has high precision, and reliable detection results.
