液相色谱-串联质谱内标法测定白酒中甜蜜素的不确定度评定

本文采用液相色谱-串联质谱法,以内标法定量,测定白酒中甜蜜素的含量.并对测量过程中不确定度的来源进行全面分析,对不确定度数值进行考察评定.结果表明:该方法测得白酒中甜蜜素含量为0.27 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.04 mg/kg(k=2).其中影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素为标准溶液的配置,标准物质纯度和测量仪器.此研究有助于提高实验室检测的质量稳定性,为建立甜蜜素测量的质量控制方法提供有效参考.
Evaluation of uncertainty for the determination of sodium cyclamate in Baijiu by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry with internal standard method
The content of sodium cyclamate in Baijiu was determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry with internal standard method.The sources of uncertainty were analyzed during the measurement process,and the values of uncertainty were evaluated.The results showed that when the content of sodium cyclamate in Baijiu was 0.27 mg/kg,the ex-panded uncertainty was 0.04 mg/kg(k=2).The main factors affecting the uncertainty of measurement results were the prepa-ration of standard solution,calibration curve fitting and measuring instruments.This study helps to improve the quality sta-bility of laboratory testing,and provides effective reference for establishing quality control methods for measuring sodium cy-clamate.
