葡萄中氟菌唑及其代谢物GC-MS/MS检测方法的建立及分析

利用QuEChERS法结合EMR吸附剂作为前处理方法,质谱多重反应离子监测模式(MRM),建立了葡萄中氟菌唑及其代谢物用气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法.结果表明:氟菌唑及其代谢物在1~1 000 μg/L范围内线性均良好,相关系数0.99以上,检出限为0.001 mg/kg,平均回收率为82.1%~90.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)2.04%~3.96%.该方法具有简单、快速、重复性好、准确度高等特点,操作高效快捷,适用于葡萄中氟菌唑及其代谢物的定性定量检测.
Establishment and Analysis of GC-MS/MS Method for Detection of Flumidazole and its Metabolites in Grape
Using QuEChERS method combined with EMR adsorbent as pretreatment method and multiple reactive ion moni-toring mode by mass spectrometry(dMRM),a gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method was established for the analysis of flumidazole and its metabolites in grape.The result shows that the linearity of flumidazole and its metabolites was good in the range of 1-1 000 µg/L,the correlation coefficient was above 0.99,the detec-tion limit was 0.001 mg/kg,the recovery was 82.1%-90.4%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.04%-3.96%.This method has the characteristics of simplicity,speed,good repeatability,and high accuracy,with efficient and fast opera-tion.It is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative detection of fluconazole and its metabolites in grapes.
