Determination of Total Flavonoids in Orange Juice Beverage
Objective:Macroporous resin was used to isolate and purify flavonoids from orange juice beverage.Methods:The content of total flavone in orange juice beverage was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry using adsorption-de-sorption method.Results:The linearity of total flavonoids was good in the concentration range of 0-50 mg/L,the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.999 8,the relative standard deviation RSD was less than 3％,and the recovery rate was 93.6％-103.2％.Conclusion:Macroporous resin can effectively separate flavonoids from orange juice beverage.The method is simple to op-erate,with high sensitiving,good reproducibility and stability.
