微波消解结合ICP-OES同时测定电焊烟尘中6种金属的方法研究

目的:ICP-OES同时测定电焊烟尘中6种金属及其化合物的检测新方法.方法:采用微孔滤膜采样,微波消解仪消化样品,ICP-OES同时测定6种金属的含量.并对实验条件进行优化,考察了方法的线性参数、精密度、准确度等指标.结果:6种金属在测定范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均达到0.999 9,方法检出限0.04~0.64 μg/m3,加标回收率范围为95.2%~107.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%.结论:该方法简单、高效、准确,可用于测定电焊烟尘中的锰、镍、铬、铜、钼、钒6种金属及其化合物.
Study on the Method of Simultaneous Determination of Six Metals in Welding Fume by Micro wave Digestion Combined With ICP-OES
Objective:A new method for the simultaneous determination of six metals and their compounds in welding fume by microwave digestion combined with ICP-OES was established.Methods:Samples were collected using microporous fil-ter membranes,digested with a microwave digestion instrument,and the content of six metals was determined simultaneous-ly by ICP.The experimental conditions were optimized,and the linear parameters,precision,accuracy and other indicators of the method were examined.Results:The six metals showed a linear relationship within the measurement range,with cor-relation coefficients reaching 0.999 9.The determination limits of the method were in the range of 0.04-0.64 μg/m3.The av-erage recovery rate was 95.2%-107.2%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.Conclusion:The method is simple,efficient and accurate,and can be used for the determination of manganese,nickel,chromium,copper,molybde-num,vanadium and their compounds in welding dust.
