Determination of Caffeine in Tea by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Massspectrometry
The determination of caffeine in tea by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry was carried out.The samples were extracted by boiling water and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the detection limit of caffeine was low,the recovery rate was high,and the relative standard deviation was 1％-2％when the multiple reaction monitoring mode was used for determination in ESI positive mode.
