Determination of Sulfide in Soil and Sediment by Methylene Blue Spectrophotometry
Methylene blue spectrophotometry was applied to study sulfide in soil and sediments. When the sampling amount of 20.0 g is proper experiment, the detection limit is 0.04 mg/kg.The RSD of the six measurements was below 10.0%,and the spike recovery rate was 60%-110%.The method is simple, fast and high accuracy, and suitable for sulfide detection in soil and sediment samples.
