依据HY/T 147.1-2013《海洋监测技术规程第1部分:海水》测定海水中的活性硅酸盐.分析不确定度的来源、计算不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度(u)和扩展不确定度(U).结果表明,海水活性硅酸盐含量测量不确定度主要来源于标准溶液和拟合标准曲线带来的不确定度.通过对不确定度进行评估,有利于提高检测结果的可靠性.
Uncertainty Evaluation of the Determination of Active Silicate in Seawater by Silicon Molybdenum Blue Method
According to the Code of practice for marine monitoring technology,Part 1:seawater(HY/T 147.1-2013),active silicate in seawater was determined.Analyzing the sources of uncertainty,the uncertainty components were calculated and then the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.The results show that the uncertainty of the deter-mination of active silicate in seawater mainly comes from the standard solution and the fitted standard curve.Through the evaluation of uncertainty,it was helpful to improve the reliability of the test results.
