摘要
"四个重大转变"是对新时代生态文明建设总体性变化所作出的最新形势研判,是习近平生态文明思想的原创性贡献,为全面推进美丽中国建设、加快推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化提供目标指引和前进方向.它是新时代生态文明建设取得重大成就的"内在密钥",标志着生态治理方式、观念、格局和理论四方面的重大转变,其中内蕴着"六个必须坚持"的世界观和方法论,充分体现了习近平生态文明思想的真理维度和理论深度.
Abstract
The"Four Major Shifts"is the latest research and judgment on the overall changes in the construc-tion of ecological civilization in the new era.It is the original contribution of ecological civilization thought of Xi Jinping.It provides target guidance and direction for comprehensively promoting the construction of a beau-tiful China and accelerating the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.It is the"internal key"for the major achievements in the construction of ecological civilization in the new era,marking a major change in the four aspects of ecological governance:mode,concept,pattern and theory.It contains the worldview and methodology of"the six requirements",which fully reflects the truth dimension and theoret-ical depth of Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization.
