摘要
[目的]为客观呈现我国芳香植物挥发物的健康功效的研究进展并总结前人研究成果.[方法]通过阅读相关文献并借助CiteSpace软件,对 2000-2023 年中国知网(CNKI)数据库中有关我国芳香植物挥发物的健康功效研究相关领域的 242 篇文献进行可视化分析,总结该领域知识演进、研究热点、研究趋势等.[结果]我国学术界对芳香植物挥发物健康功效的研究一直保持着持续的关注,相关研究领域的研究逐步趋于成熟,芳香植物挥发物的应用研究领域的学术影响力较高,研究的热点为芳香植物挥发物的健康保健功效.[结论]未来研究中建议完善芳香植物数据库,科学选配,创造疗愈景观;发挥芳香植物多功能特性,构建吸引人的芳香植物群落;深入研究芳香植物对健康的影响,促进跨学科应用研究.
Abstract
[Objective]To present the research progress of the health benefits of aromatic plant volatiles in China and summarize the previous research results.[Method]By reading relevant literature and using CiteSpace software,242 literatures related to the study on health benefits of aromatic plant volatiles in China were visually analyzed in CNKI database between 2000 and 2023,and the knowledge evolution,research hotspots and research trends in this field were summarized.[Result]Chinese academic circles have been paying continuous attention to the study on the health benefits of aromatic plant volatiles,and the related research fields are gradually becoming mature.The academic influence of the applied research field of aromatic plant volatiles is relatively high,and the research hotspots are the health care efficacy of aromatic plant volatiles.[Conclusion]In the future research,it is suggested to improve the database of aromatic plants,select scientifically,and create healing landscape;play the multifunctional characteristics of aromatic plants and build attractive aromatic plant community;study the health effects of aromatic plants in depth and promote applied research across disciplines.
