Research Progress on the Coat Occurrence and Control of Agaricus bisporus
Agaricus bisporus, one of the most widely cultivated edible mushrooms in the world,is rich in nutrients such as carbohydrates, amino acids, fats, and vitamins, has potential anticancer,antioxidant,anti-obesity,and anti-inflammation properties.Coat also known as stroma(pad structure of mycelia),is the common physiological disease in the spawning and cultivation of Agaricus bisporus, causing serious damage to mushroom production. The cause of coat was expounded from the aspects of strain characteristics, sector mutation, strain degeneration, environmental factors, and the basis for coat prevention and control from the aspects of spawn making, substrate selection, strain preservation and environmental control.
