Influence of Different Fruiting Methods on Agronomic Traits and Effective Components of Ganoderma lucidum
[Objective]The effects of different fruiting methods of Ganoderma lucidum on agronomic traits and content of crude polysaccharides and total triterpenoid compounds in fruiting bodies of G.lucidum were studied to explore suitable substitute cultivation methods for G.lucidum at greenhouse in the Yanbian area of Jilin Province.[Method]Two strains of G.lucidum,GL1 and GL2,were used as research materials, and two fruiting methods were used:shelf-type and upright-type on ground.Substitute cultivation experiments were conducted in greenhouses.[Result]The fruiting body of G.lucidum produced by shelf-type method had a larger cap, shorter stipe, and fewer branches. The fruiting body of G.lucidum produced by upright-type on ground had a longer stipe and more branches. The yield and dry Ganoderma conversion rate by upright-type on ground were higher than those by shelf-type.The crude polysaccharide content of the fruiting body by shelf-type was higher than that by upright-type on ground while the total triterpenoid content by shelf-type was lower than that by shelf-type.[Conclusion]Comprehensive analysis shows that different fruiting methods of G.lucidum have a significant impact on the agronomic traits and effective component content of fruiting bodies of G.lucidum.The most suitable fruiting method should be choose based on cultivation demands.
