春秋两季开花盆栽观赏菊新品系选育及其基于层次分析法的指标评价

[目的]为选育出春秋两季开花且性状优良、适宜在我国南方地区推广种植、经济效益好的盆栽观赏菊新品系.[方法]选取 12 个观赏菊品种为亲本,配置 25 个亲本组合进行杂交育种获得后代,以能够双季开花、性状优良为主要育种目标,经扩繁后分阶段观测记录子代生长情况及表型性状数据,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建的评价体系进行筛选,筛选出性状优良、春秋两季开花的盆栽观赏菊新品系.[结果]从 25 个盆栽观赏菊杂交组合,获得了 236 个杂交后代,根据杂交后代表现出的性状通过层次分析法筛选出能够双季开花、观赏性状强、性状稳定、花期一致的观赏盆栽菊新品系12个;经实践,12 个新品系适合我国南方地区推广应用.[结论]利用杂交育种结合层次分析法进行评价,获得 12 个盆栽观赏菊新品系,方法简单,便于推广;春秋两季开花能够缩短菊花的繁殖周期,增加观赏价值,提高土地利用率,降低生产成本,有利于菊花产业发展壮大.
Breeding of New Lines of Ornamental Potted Chrysanthemum Flowering in Spring and Autumn and Index Evaluation based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
[Objective]The aim was to breed new potted ornamental chrysanthemum lines with flowering in spring and autumn,excellent traits,suitable for planting in southern China and good economic benefits.[Method]Twelve ornamental chrysanthemum cultivars were used as parents and 25 hybrid combinations were set with the breed target of flowering in double seasons and excellent traits.Growth conditions and phonological traits of offspring at different growth periods were recorded after propagation and new lines were screened using evaluation system based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).[Result]Twenty-five hybrid combinations produced 236 offspring.Twelve new lines with flowering in double seasons,good ornamental characters,stable traits and consistent flowering time were screened out based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).After practical production,these 12 new lines could be suitable for popularization and application in southern China.[Conclusion]It was simple obtain 12 new lines through hybrid breeding and evaluate based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Moreover,it was easy to popularize these new lines.Flowering in spring and autumn could shorten the propagation cycle of chrysanthemum,increase the ornamental value,improve the land utilization rate,reduce production cost,and then promote the development and growth of chrysanthemum industry.
