某超高层办公楼主体高度约200m,框架-核心筒结构,存在4项不规则项,属于超B级高度的超限高层建筑.文中着重介绍了超限情况、性能目标,对跃层柱、斜柱、平面连接薄弱处楼板等关键部位采用有限元软件补充计算分析,采取相应加强措施后保证结构具有较好的抗震性能.对同类建筑的结构设计具有一定的借鉴意义.
Structure Design And Analysis Of A Super High-rise Office Building
The main height of a super high-rise office building is about 200 meters,and it is a frame-core tube structure,which belongs to out-of-code high-rise building with overrun Class B height.This paper put emphasis on the out-of-code and performance goals,the main joint of framework are calculated and analyzed by finite element software,effective strengthening measures are taken to ensure the structure has better seismic performance.It is worthy to be used for reference in other similar projects.
