Due to the control requirements of planning indicators,A hotel project occupies a small area and has a high volume ratio.The change and conversion of equipment pipelines have a great impact on the structural design.There are many disadvantages such as irregular torsion,cross-layer column,transition,stiffness sudden change and clear height limitation.In this paper,by comparing and selecting va-rious structure schemes,the layout scheme which can meet both the requirement of clear height and the structure index is determined.The irregular situation is analyzed,and the irregular situation is calculated and analyzed in detail,the potential seismic weak parts are found out,and the corresponding structural strengthening measures are taken to ensure the safety and reliability of the building structure.
