摘要

某塔楼为大底盘单塔框架-剪力墙结构,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、承载力突变、塔楼偏置等多项不规则,属于规则性超限工程.针对结构的不规则情况,运用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对主体结构及关键部位进行详细的分析,并采取相应措施,保证结构整体指标及抗震性能均满足规范和抗震性能目标的要求.

Abstract

A tower is a frame-shear wall structure of a single tower with large chassis.There are many irregularities,such as torsion irreg-ularity,floor discontinuity,bearing capacity mutation,tower offset,etc.,which belongs to a regular over-limit project.In view of the ir-regularity of the structure,the performance-based seismic design method is used to analyze the main structure and key parts in detail,and a series of structural measures are adopted to ensure that the overall index and seismic performance of the structure meet the requirements of the code and the seismic performance target.
