某地铁停车场上盖高层塔楼最大建筑高度106.35m,A级高度剪力墙结构体系,存在剪力墙100%转换、大底盘多塔、平面及竖向不规则,属规则性超限的特殊类型超限高层.利用多个软件对比分析,并采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,进行不同地震水准作用下的结构弹性和弹塑性分析与检验,同时补充地震作用下楼板应力、结构超长温度应力、转换梁应力等分析,并采取有针对性的专项设计和合理的加强措施,结构满足抗震设防及性能目标,结构合理有效、安全可靠.
Design of Full Frame Supported Shear Wall Structure for the Upper Cover of a Subway Parking Lot
The maximum building height of a high-rise tower above a certain subway parking lot is 106.35m,with an A-level height shear wall structure system.It has 100%shear wall conversion,multiple towers with a large chassis,and irregular planes and verticals,which belong to a special type of high-rise building with regularly exceeding limit.By using multiple software for comparative analysis and adopting performance-based seismic design methods,the structural elasticity and elastic-plastic analysis and verification under different seismic levels are carried out.At the same time,the analysis of floor stress,structural over length temperature stress,and transfer beam stress under earthquake action are supplemented,and targeted special designs and reasonable strengthening measures are taken.The struc-ture meets seismic fortification and performance goals,it is reasonable,effective,safe and reliable.
