某大底盘双塔部分框支剪力墙结构设计分析

某项目采用大底盘双塔部分框支剪力墙结构,存在多项不规则,属于超限高层建筑结构.本文介绍了项目的结构体系及超限情况,采用两种软件进行结构计算分析.针对工程的特点及难点,基于结构性能化要求,对结构采取了中震和大震静力推覆分析,并结合分析结果采取了相应的加强措施.分析表明,结构安全可靠,满足预设目标.
Design and analysis of partial frame-supported shear wall structure of a double tower with large chassis
A project adopts a large-chassis and two-tower partial frame-supported shear wall structure,which has many irregularities and belongs to the over-limit high-rise building structure.This paper introduces the structure system and the over-limit of the project,and uses two kinds of software to calculate and analyze the structure.According to the characteristics and difficulties of the project,based on the requirement of structural performance,the static force nappe analysis of the structure is adopted,and the corresponding strengthe-ning measures are taken according to the analysis results.The analysis shows that the structure is safe and reliable,and meets the preset target.
