某高层住宅既有地下室顶板厚板转换结构设计

地下室建成后上部户型调整,保留原设计地下室柱墙,在地下室顶板采取厚板转换上部结构,本文着重介绍了厚板转换采取的性能化设计及已建地下室在后浇带封闭的情况下如何分析主楼周边楼板的应力,分析结果表明:最终采用的厚板转换经过性能化设计后得到加强,对其厚板转换部位及植筋根部采取相应的措施,主楼与纯地库交接部位配筋根据应力分析进行加强,有效保证了结构的安全.
Design of thick plate conversion structure for the existing basement roof of a high-rise residential building
After the completion of the basement,the upper apartment type had to be changed,the original basement column wall is re-tained,and the upper structure is converted by thick slab in the basement roof.This paper introduces the performance-based design a-dopted by thick slab conversion and how to analyze the stress of the floor around the main building under the condition that the built base-ment is closed with the pouring belt.The analysis results show that:The final thick plate conversion has been strengthened after perform-ance-based design,corresponding measures have been taken to the thick plate conversion site and the root of the planting reinforcement,and the reinforcement of the connecting part of the main building and the pure basement has been strengthened according to stress analysis,effectively ensuring the safety of the structure.
