既有地下室改造施工支撑关键技术分析

背景工程临近运营中的地铁车站及区间隧道,所处环境复杂多变.该工程需要对现有地下室进行改造并扩建,施工难度较大.为了应对这一挑战,我们采用了多种换撑技术,包括满樘撑、型钢斜撑、型钢换撑、钢管换撑、钢筋混凝土板带等.通过综合运用这些技术,解决了既有地下室增补灌注桩,并且将周围建筑物的变形控制在规定范围内,顺利完成了施工任务.这一经验为今后类似工程的实施提供了参考和借鉴.
Analysis of Key Technologies for Supporting Construction of Existing Basement Renovation
The background project is located near the operating subway station and section tunnel,and the environment is complex and varia-ble.This project requires the renovation and expansion of the existing basement,which is difficult to construct.In order to meet this chal-lenge,we have adopted a variety of support replacement technologies,including full frame support,section steel slant support,section steel support replacement,steel pipe support replacement,reinforced concrete slab and strip,etc.By comprehensively applying these technolo-gies,the problem of adding cast-in-place piles to the existing basement was solved,and the deformation of surrounding buildings was controlled within the specified range,successfully completing the construction task.This experience provides valuable reference and inspira-tion for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
