Engineering Practice Of Composite Pile Foundation With End-Bearing Friction Pile In Karst Area
The conventional pile foundation scheme is usually adopted in karst areas,which requires the construction survey of one hole for one pile first,and the pile foundation needs to penetrate the soil cave and karst cave.The long pile length results in a long construction pe-riod and high cost,and also not conducive to the control of pile quality.Based on an engineering practice,this paper introduces in detail the application of end-bearing friction pile composite foundation in karst area,including the foundation selection process,foundation de-sign process and field test.This project adopts the design method of composite pile foundation to ensure the structure safety,and can obtain significant economic benefits at the same time.This case can be used as a reference for similar projects.
