某高层建筑复杂地质条件下筏板基础的设计探讨

闽南地区分布有广泛花岗岩残积土,由于花岗岩残积土的土层特殊性,其承载力取值有较好的提高空间.本文以复杂地质条件下厦门某高层建筑采用筏板基础为实例,通过分析残积砂质黏性土的土层特性,同时从承载力埋深修正、沉降量和沉降差等方面论证采用筏板基础的可行性、采用筏板基础的风险预判及其可采取的加强措施,供有关设计人员在类似项目中参考.
Design discussion on the raft foundation of a high-rise building under the condition of complex geology
There are extensive granite residual soil distributed in southern Fujian.The bearing capacity value of granite residual soil has a good space to improve because of the particularity of its soil layer.This paper take the example of raft foundation under the condition of complex geology of a high-rise building in Xiamen.Through the analysis of residual sand clay soil characteristics,the feasibility of using raft foundation is demonstrated from the aspects of bearing capacity buried depth correction,settlement amount and settlement difference,as well as the risk prediction of using raft foundation and the strengthening measures that can be taken.It hopes to provide reference in sim-ilar projects for designers.
