为有效提升厦门滨东小学的校园公共空间安全属性,改善建设场地局促引起的空间问题,尝试在设计过程中利用自然可视率的基本原理对方案进行公共空间的自然可视率模拟,快速识别方案中自然可视率较低的区域,提前采取措施优化设计,消除可视水平过低的区域,提升校园平均自然可视水平,有效避免陷入校园建成后难以改变的窘境.模拟结果表明该方法使厦门滨东小学建筑方案在用地较为局促的客观条件下,通过增加底层架空空间和增加开敞连廊有效提升了校园公共空间的自然可视率.研究有利于改进中小学校的设计手段,提升校园公共空间自然可视水平,减少校园内潜在的不安全场所.
Optimization design of Xiamen Bindong Primary School based on Natural Visibility rate simulation of Public Space
To enhance the safety of the public space at Xiamen Bindong Primary School and solve spatial issues caused by the construction site,we simulated natural visibility in the design process using the principle of natural visibility ratio.This allowed us to quickly identify areas with lower visibility rates and take measures to optimize the design,eliminating areas with poor visibility and improving the overall natural visibility of the campus.The simulation results indicate that this method can enhance the natural visibility of campus and improve its efficiency.Specifically,the method enables Xiamen Bindong Primary School to increase the natural visibility of the campus public space by elevating the ground floor and adding open corridors,despite site constraints.The study aims to improve the design of primary and sec-ondary schools,enhance the visibility of campus public spaces,and reduce potential safety hazards on campus.
