By introduction of the characteristics of the building development of the upper cover building of the subway operation warehouse,the problems of sudden change of the bottom stiffness and large or total conversion of vertical members are analyzed.Taking the first subway roof development project in Xiamen as an example,this paper expounds the key points and difficulties of subway roof structure design,carries out dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under large earthquake,and strengthens the weak parts.According to the existing stages of project con-struction,the corresponding solutions are put forward.It can provide ideas and reference for the structural design of the same type projects.
