Feasibility Analysis of Replacing Embedded Steel Beam Joints with Cast in place Concrete nodes
In a reinforced concrete structure, steel beam plus concrete floor slab was used in the original design of the local area, then the steel beam has been changed into concrete beam. After the construction of the steel plate embedded in the side of the frame column was completed,in order to solve the effective connection between the concrete beam and the steel plate embedded part, the steel bracket is welded on the steel plate embedded part, and the longitudinal bar of the beam is connected with the steel bracket, thus, the internal force of the bearing of the concrete beam can be transferred to the steel corbels.Through the whole structure modeling calculation and the bearing node internal force analysis,it is verified that the connection mode of the node can meet the structural force requirement, and at the same time,in order to ensure the reliability of the connection of the node, some strengthening and guaranteeing measures are put forward from the structure structure.
