Research on Reasonable Design of Prefabricated Composite Floor Lifting Points Based on Finite Element Method
During the lifting process of prefabricated composite floor slabs, concrete cracking is prone to occur due to nonstandard lifting point settings, which affects construction efficiency and component quality. This is a key and difficult point in the assembly construction process of composite slabs.A detailed analysis was conducted on the possible problems caused by different lifting point settings, revealing the stress characteristics of the floor slab during the lifting process. The mechanical derivation of the lifting point design method is presen-ted,and the results are further verified by finite element analysis, which proves the rationality and importance of the design.Finally,ac-cording to the size of the prefabricated laminated board, the suggestions on the cantilever setting of its lifting point are put forward, which can provide reference for the industry personnel.
