Analysis on the construction technology and quality control measures of reinforced concrete floor one time molding
Based on a case study,this paper systematically introduces the construction technology and quality control measures of one-time molding construction technology of large area reinforced concrete floor,and analyzes and summarizes some empirical parameters(initial set-ting time,initial grinding time,fine grinding time and precision grinding time,etc.).Through the effective control of concrete raw materi-als,slab elevation,flatness(concrete screed and polished),slab protection and other finished products,one-time molding of reinforced concrete floor surface surface flatness and concrete strength can not only meet the design requirements and construction specifications,but also meet the functional requirements of the construction unit,and reduce the construction period and project cost of the whole project.
