Taking the three phase of the renovation project of Pingtan old residential area as an example,this paper uses infrared photogram-metry,resistance meter,DTS and other technical means to assist,forming a set of guidance process for the investigation of existing build-ings,more comprehensive screening of the causes of building diseases,so as to provide guidance for the correct choice of repair and con-struction means.
