Research on the optimal material ratio design and performance evaluation of waterproof bonding layer for steel box girder bridge deck
In order to study the influence of the amount of materials used in the bonding layer,waterproof layer,and anti-corrosion layer of the waterproof bonding layer on the performance of its waterproof bonding system,the optimal amount of materials used in the bonding layer,waterproof layer,and anti-corrosion layer of the steel bridge deck was studied.Research has found that when the amount of acrylic anti-corrosion primer is about 150g/m2,the strength enhancement after brushing is more significant;When the thickness of the single layer wet film of the methyl acrylic resin waterproof layer is 1.2mm,the material dosage is closest to the median and the uniformity of the finished product appearance is good;The appropriate dosage of acrylic resin binder is 175g/m2,which can fully cover and have no accumulation.Af-ter research,a satisfactory construction standard dosage has been obtained,and it provides a certain reference value for similar projects.
