Structural design of steel hanging box cofferdam for strengthening bridge cap in rapid construction
The design of cofferdam for reinforcement is faced with complex environmental conditions such as"limited height,large flow rate and high tidal range",as well as common problems such as bottom sealing difficulties,serious waste of concrete and steel,low turnover of steel plate,slow assembly and difficult demolition in reinforcement construction of steel cofferdam foundation.Based on a bridge pier foun-dation strengthening project,through the rational division and design of the side wall of the steel lifting box,and the connection of the groove and the fast socket type,this paper realizes the modular rapid assembly of any steel lifting box structure size,greatly reduces the technical requirements of lifting and assembling,and improves the assembly efficiency and the repeated turnover ratio of the steel lifting box.At the same time,the effectiveness of the structure is verified by numerical analysis and field monitoring.
