This article explores the revitalization mode of the Sanfang Qixiang historical and cultural district,and summarizes its practices and characteristics in terms of business type selection,function configuration,spatial layout,style control,and management mode.The ar-ticle analyzes its effects and values in protecting and inheriting historical and cultural heritage and promoting economic and social develop-ment,and points out the problems and difficulties that still exist or/are faced in the process.It gives suggestions and countermeasures,and provides reference and guidance for the protection and development of other historical and cultural districts.
