本文通过对莆田市城市住区现状本底和地域特色情况进行解析,从构建宜居住区的视角出发,分别对莆田市城中村、旧居住区、新建住区以及保障性住房提出统筹规划,以期改善城市面貌,继承历史文脉,提升城市特色和品质,塑造高品质人居环境,满足人们对美好生活的向往.
Abstract
This article analyzes the current situation and regional characteristics of urban residential areas in Putian City,and from the per-spective of building livable areas,proposes overall planning for urban villages,old residential areas,new residential areas,rural health hous-ing,and affordable housing in Putian City,with the aim of improving the city's appearance,inheriting historical context,enhancing urban characteristics and quality,shaping high-quality living environment,and meeting people's yearning for a better life.
