摘要

加固改造工程由于其现场复杂条件制约及建筑升级改造的需求而面临着诸多问题和挑战,加固的形式及手段也多种多样.为在抗震设计中更加经济合理,需结合改造方案及现场实际情况,综合考虑施工可行性的前提下,通过多种方式进行论证,从而得到符合项目自身特性的加固方式.本文以某高层商业建筑的加固改造实例,探讨多种加固方式改造的适应性,可为类似工程项目提供参考依据.

Abstract

The reinforcement and renovation project faces many problems and challenges due to its complex on-site conditions and the need for building upgrading and renovation.The forms and methods of reinforcement are also diverse.In order to make seismic design more eco-nomical and reasonable,it is necessary to combine the renovation plan and the actual situation on site,comprehensively consider the feasi-bility of construction,and demonstrate through various methods to obtain a reinforcement method that meets the characteristics of the project itself.This article takes the reinforcement and renovation of a high-rise commercial building as an example to explore the adaptability of various reinforcement methods for renovation,and aims to provide reference basis for similar engineering projects.
