Design and Implementation of Health Monitoring System for a Single-Layer Cable-Net Structure
This paper aims to design and implement a health monitoring system for single-layer cable-net structures.Using a saddle-shaped roof cable-net structure of a sports stadium as a case study,the monitoring scheme was devised based on finite element numerical simulations,construction plans,and on-site conditions.The distribution of stress and deformation monitoring points was meticulously planned,and optimal monitoring equipment and methods were selected for field implementation.The conclusions indicate that the monito-ring data largely align with theoretical calculations,proving that the monitoring system meets the project's needs.This project can serve as a reference for the system design of health monitoring in cable-net structures.
