随着城市地下商业空间的发展,拟建地下结构与既有市政设施常存在空间位置冲突的问题.如何妥善处理这类市政设施,如给水管、污水干管、电缆等,又能保证工程顺利进行,成为深基坑施工中不可避免的难题.结合福州南街地下空间的开发建设,对遇到大直径原地保护污水干管的深基坑施工难点分析、对设计及施工关键技术措施、施工流程进行总结和探讨,可为类似工程案例提供参考.
Design and Construction Key Technology Research of Large Diameter Sewage Pipe Crossing Soft Soil Deep Foundation Pit
With the development of urban underground commercial space,there are often spatial conflicts between proposed underground structures and existing municipal facilities.How to properly handle such municipal facilities,such as water supply pipes,sewage main pipes,cables,etc.,while ensuring the safe and smooth progress of the project,has become an inevitable problem in deep foundation pit construction.Based on the development and construction of underground space in Fuzhou South Street,this paper summarizes and discus-ses the construction difficulties,design and key technical measures,and construction process of deep foundation pits that encounter large-diameter in-situ protection sewage pipes,which can provide reference for similar engineering cases.
