Comprehensive Evaluation of Rheological Properties and Anti-Aging Performance of Carbon Nanotube Composite Bio-Oil Modified Asphalt
In this paper, carbon nanotubes(CNT)were used to enhance the high-temperature performance of bio-asphalt(waste catering oil, straw oil),aiming to overcome the limitations associated with insufficient high-temperature performance of bio-oil asphalt. The effects of different carbon nanotube contents on the high-temperature sensitivity and low-temperature crack resistance of bio-oil asphalt were analyzed by high and low temperature rheological tests such as temperature scanning, linear amplitude scanning, and bending beam rheology. Finally, the UV resistance and infrared spectroscopy tests were used to evaluate the anti-UV aging performance of the composite modified asphalt. The results showed that carbon nanotubes can significantly improve the high-temperature sensitivity of bio-oil,and it still maintains excellent rheological properties, especially for straw oil;carbon nanotubes make bio-oil asphalt have strong resistance to UV aging, making it more suitable for complex service conditions.
