摘要

随着我国波形钢腹板组合桥梁的发展,其建设方法和施工工艺也在不断创新和优化.对现有和在建的波形钢腹板组合桥梁施工工艺的研究对比后发现,传统混凝土桥梁的施工技术对于这种新型桥型也有着广泛的适用性和更好的可实施性.本文阐述当前波形钢腹板组合桥梁常用的施工工艺和关键技术,介绍施工的具体流程,并结合某跨河特大桥工程,对两种常用的普通悬臂施工法和异步悬臂施工法做对比分析,为该类桥型施工工艺和施工技术提供参考借鉴.

Abstract

With the growing development of China's corrugated steel web composite bridges,their construction methods and construction technology are also constantly innovating and optimizing.After comparing the construction technology of existing or under-construction cor-rugated steel web composite bridges,it was found that the traditional construction techniques of concrete bridges also have wide applicability and better feasibility for this new type of bridge.At the same time,this paper will elaborate on the commonly used construction processes and key technologies for corrugated steel web composite bridges,and introduce the specific process of construction.Combined with a cross river super large bridge project,a comparative analysis was conducted on two commonly used ordinary cantilever construction methods and unsynchronized cantilever construction methods.
