摘要

以向东渠八尺门渡槽异地迁移保护工程为例,介绍大型独立承重无附着扣件式钢管脚手架的设计与施工.将满堂支撑脚手架、悬挑架及外排防护架相结合,解决了局部场地搭设宽度不足、无法附着、高宽比过大等问题,同时减少钢管用量,节约成本.通过对该大体量独立承重无附着扣件式钢管脚手架设计、优化和应用发现:无附着独立承重架的搭设,应严格控制高宽比,同时应采取合理技术措施,确保架体的整体稳定性和安全性,可为类似工程提供参考.

Abstract

Taking the relocation and protection project of the Bachimen high-altitude aqueduct of Xiangdong Cana as an example,the de-sign and construction of large-scale independent load-bearing and non-attached fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding are introduced.The combination of full-hall support scaffolding,cantilever frame and outer row protective frame solves the problems of insufficient width of local site erection,inability to attach,and excessive height-to-width,and reduces the amount of steel pipes and save costs.Through the design,optimization and application of the large-scale independent load-bearing fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding,it is found that the height and width ratio should be strictly controlled for the erection of the independent load-bearing frame without attachment,the scissor brace arrangement should be strengthened,and reasonable technical measures should be taken to ensure the overall stability and safety of the frame,provides a reference for similar projects.
