浅谈空间逻辑主导的群落递进设计法——以建瓯市朱子学校项目为例

以高质量人才发展支撑下的中国现代化进程加快,对教育建筑提出更高要求.本文探讨一种聚落设计的推演方法,同时以功能融合、有序设计为引导,打造高品质、包容性和现代化的校园环境.这种方法根据推演次序,由五个明确步骤组成,分别为:场地的轴线、文脉的载体、立面四段式、场所的过渡以及绿色的建构.五个步骤均被一种空间逻辑所引导及推动,通过这个过程,设计将建立一套理性且严密的推演公式,在一个笼统庞杂的抽象事物中,剥离出主次关系、文化关怀、场所特质、技术范畴等,最终使得项目落地后可以被明确阅读以及记录.利用"空间逻辑"进行的"递进设计",使得建筑群对场地的干预趋向最小化、最轻化,也是最经济化.并且能在同类型的项目中快速形成逻辑推演,迅速对建筑的复杂性、多面性与综合性做出解答,提高设计的纵深感,缩短设计周期.
Discussion on the Community Incremental Design Method Dominated by Spatial——A Case Study of Zhu Zi School in Jianou
The modernization process of China,supported by the development of high-quality talent,is accelerating,which raises higher requirements for the quality of educational buildings.This paper attempts to explore a method of deducing settlement design.This method consists of five clear steps according to the deduction sequence:axis of the site,carrier of context,four-section facade,transition of place,and green planting.All five steps are guided and driven by a spatial logic.Through this process,the design will establish a set of rational and rigorous deduction formulas,which will delineate the primary and secondary relationships,cultural concerns,site characteris-tics,technical categories,etc.,from a general and abstract entity,ultimately enabling the project to be clearly understood and documented after implementation.The use of"spatial logic"in"progressive design"minimizes,lightens,and economizes the intervention of the archi-tectural complex on the site.Moreover,progressive design enables rapid logical deduction in projects of the same type,quickly addressing the complexity,diversity,and comprehensiveness of the architecture,enhancing the depth of design and shortening the design cycle.
