Collaborative Governance Among Multiple Subjects:An Innovative Path for Rural Revitalization——Based on the Practical Analysis of Wangtai Town in Fujian Province
Under the background of rural revitalization,"science and technology setter"plays an important role in the coordination between the government and farmers and other subjects.Based on the SFIC theory,this study explores the operation mechanism of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance to help rural revitalization,and establishes three innovative models of rural revitalization in Wangtai town from four aspects:initial conditions,intervention leadership,system design and cooperation process:"Science and technology commission-er+professional cooperatives/professional associations+farmers".It explores the challenges faced by the current system,such as com-plicated cooperation process,imperfect selection mechanism and disjointed theory and practice,and puts forward solutions.
