Research on Technical Measures for the Protection and Repair of Modern Historical Buildings——Taking the Former Dormitory Site of Fuzhou Cangshan District Committee as an Example
Fuzhou preserves numerous modern Chinese and Western style historical buildings,and in recent years,a large number of modem historical building protection and repair work has been carried out.This article takes the protection and repair project of the Fuzhou Cangs-han District Committee Former Dormitory as an example,summarizes four construction principles for the protection and repair of modern his-torical buildings,and also summarizes specific technical measures in construction surveying,tile roof maintenance,wood frame maintenance,wall crack treatment,and wood component anti-corrosion and insect prevention.This article providing experience and reference for similar building protection and repair construction in the future.
