The Research on Internal Quality of Pumped Concrete Structural Columns under Insufficient Vibration Conditions Based on Ultrasonic Detection and Core Sampling
The study aims to evaluate the impact of under-vibration on the internal quality of pumped concrete structural columns.Using ultrasonic testing and core sampling methods,a comprehensive assessment was conducted on the compactness and degree of defects of high-fluidity pumped concrete under under-vibration conditions. The results indicate that under-vibration leads to an increase in surface de-fects and internal voids in concrete, thereby reducing its compactness and strength. The study emphasizes that even for pumped concrete,ap-propriate vibration is key to ensuring its structural integrity and durability. The conclusions drawn have important theoretical and practical significance for the optimization of construction practices and the quality control of concrete.
