为探析高层建筑中的抗倾覆问题,通过对相关规范以及工程实例抗倾覆设计研究,分析设置与未设置地下室的高层建筑在抗倾覆性能上的差异,提出宜充分利用地下室来提供高层建筑抗倾覆能力;高层建筑的埋置深度不宜成为设计的硬性指标,可根据实际情况具体分析.同时,在大震标准组合作用下,对桩基础进行抗倾覆补充计算,提出宜根据钢筋的屈服强度标准值增加桩身配筋,以确保建筑的安全性.
Analysis of Anti Overturning Structure Design for a High rise Building
To explore the anti overturning problem in high-rise buildings,this study analyzes the differences in anti overturning performance between high-rise buildings with and without basements by studying relevant regulations and engineering examples of anti overturning design.Propose to fully utilize the basement to provide the anti overturning ability of high-rise buildings;The burial depth of high-rise buildings should not be a mandatory indicator in design,but can be analyzed based on actual situations.At the same time,under the combined action of large earthquake standards,supplementary calculations for anti overturning of pile foundations are carried out,and it is suggested to in-crease the reinforcement of pile bodies according to the yield strength standard value of steel bars to ensure the safety of buildings.
