摘要

介绍了既有砖混结构建筑物的抗震鉴定方法,以某学校公寓砖混结构为研究对象,对其进行结构安全性鉴定和抗震鉴定,就相应问题选择合理的加固方法,同时对钢筋混凝土面层加固法和钢筋网聚合物砂浆面层加固法进行对比计算和有限元分析,结果表明钢筋混凝土面层加固法能更有效地提升砖砌体结构的各方面承载力.

Abstract

Firstly,the seismic identification methods for existing brick concrete structures were introduced.The brick concrete structure of a certain school apartment was taken as the research object,the structural safety and seismic identification were carried out.Then,a rea-sonable reinforcement method was selected for the corresponding problems.At the same time,a comparative calculation and finite element analysis were conducted between the reinforced concrete surface layer reinforcement method and the reinforced polymer mortar surface layer reinforcement method.The results showed that the reinforced concrete surface layer reinforcement method can more effectively improve the bearing capacity of brick masonry structures in many aspects.
