冷冻暗挖法在福州地铁车站下穿既有线路中的应用

福州地铁4号线城门站与既有1号线城门站呈90°正交,其主体结构施工存在零距离下穿既有线路、穿越含弱承压水地层与大断面暗挖施工三大难点.以该工程主体结构施工为例,从冻结帷幕设计、支护设计、结构注浆及融沉补偿等方面分析了冷冻暗挖法在零距离下穿既有线路施工难点与对策.实践表明,采用水平冻结止水帷幕,CRD矿山法,水平注浆加固工法对该工程实施冷冻暗挖施工是成功的,可为类似工程冷冻暗挖施工提供参考.
The Chengmen Station of Fuzhou Metro Line 4 is 90 ° orthogonal to the Chengmen Station of the existing Line 1.There are three major difficulties in the construction of the main structure:zero distance under-crossing of the existing line,crossing of strata containing weak confined water,and large cross-section excavation construction.Taking the construction of the main structure of the project as an ex-ample,this paper analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures of the frozen excavation method in crossing existing lines at zero distance from the aspects of frozen curtain design,support design,structural grouting,and thawing settlement compensation.Practice has shown that the use of horizontal frozen water stop curtain,CRD mining method,and horizontal grouting reinforcement method for the implementation of frozen underground excavation construction in this project was successful,which provide a reference for similar engineering frozen excavation construction.
