Binning Construction Technology Optimization of Side Walls of Subway Stations Based on Temperature Distribution Control
Taking the concrete construction of the super-long side wall of a subway station project in FUjian as an example,based on the actual monitoring data,the finite element software Midas civil was used to model and analyze the construction process of the side wall.The boundary conditions were modified to obtain the corresponding temperature field and stress field of the side wall.The influence of the fly ash concrete and the restraint strength on the side wall stress change,the water inlet temperature and the water flow rate were also ana-lyzed,it was found that using fly ash concrete resulted in an average lower internal temperature of about 12℃compared to ordinary con-crete.On this basis,optimization measures for the construction method of side wall sections were proposed,which can provide suggestions and references for the construction quality control of similar ultra long concrete structures in our country.
