全流程模板智能加工技术研究和应用

传统的建筑模板加工工艺较为落后,需要引入先进的绿色施工、智能建造技术去取代传统施工工艺,减少材料损耗,提高施工效率.本文综述了建筑模板领域的现有技术和关键研究,重点介绍了基于BIM的配模软件和自动化数控机床技术的应用,以及全流程模板智能加工关键技术的研究.针对模板设计加工一体化、模板编码定位和模板切割绿色施工等方面提出了解决方案.通过对具体工程项目的应用效果分析,相较于传统加工工艺,智能模板加工装备展现出多方位的优势,具有较强的推广应用价值.
Research and Application of Full-process Template Intelligent Processing Technology
Traditional building formwork processing technology is relatively backward,it is necessary to introduce advanced green and intel-ligent construction technology to replace the traditional construction technology,in order to reduce material loss and improve construction efficiency.This paper provides an overview of the current technologies and key research in the field of building formwork.It focuses on the application of BIM-based formwork design software and automated CNC machining technology,as well as research on key technologies for intelligent formwork processing throughout the entire process.Solutions for integrated formwork design and processing,formwork coding and positioning,and environmentally-friendly formwork cutting are proposed.Through an analysis of the application effects in a specific engi-neering project,compared with the traditional processing technology,the intelligent template processing equipment shows multiple dimen-sional advantages,and has a strong promotion and application value.
