BIM技术在管综碰撞检测中的应用

伴随房屋建筑规模日益增大,其机电工程的管综排布也越来越错综复杂,各类管线排布时常发生碰撞.为避免管线重复建设和资源浪费,本文以福建LIN监控调度中心项目为例,在项目管综设计和管线碰撞检测中运用BIM技术,建立三维模型.运用Revit和MagiCAD软件对项目管线进行检测,优化图纸中不合规的设计,有效解决各专业之间管线排布和碰撞问题,对现场施工起到指导作用,节约施工时间与成本,提高工作效率.
The application of BIM technology in tube comprehensive collision detection
With the increasing scale of housing buildings,the comprehensive layout of the electromechanical engineering is becoming more and more complicated.In order to avoid duplicate construction and waste of resources,this article takes the Fujian Lin Monitoring and Dis-patch Center project as an example,the BIM technology is applied to the comprehensive design and pipeline collision detection of the pro-ject,and the three-dimensional model is established.The Revit and MagiCAD software are used to detect the project pipeline,and opti-mize the unsatisfactory design in the drawings.Those can effectively solve the problem of pipelines and collisions between majors,guide the construction of on-site construction,save construction time and cost,and improve work efficiency.
