办公建筑物化阶段碳排放测算与减碳措施探索

随着城市城镇化率的提高,新建办公建筑规模不断增加,物化阶段碳排放量也随之增长.面向3060双碳目标,开展办公建筑物化阶段碳排放测算和控制迫在眉睫.本研究以厦门某办公建筑为例,厘清了物化阶段的核算边界,测算碳排放量为28951.48tCO2,单位面积碳排放量为0.24tCO2/m2.最后结合案例实际情况,提出了现场轻集料换填优化、混凝土覆盖养护节水技术、LED照明技术等的减碳降碳措施建议,为后续办公建筑物化阶段碳排放测算和控制提供一定的参考.
Carbon Emission Calculation and Carbon Reduction Measures Exploration during the Physical and Chemical Stage of an Office Building
With the improvement of urban urbanization rate,the scale of office buildings continues to increase,accompanied by a continu-ous increase in carbon emissions during the physical and chemical stage.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out carbon emission measurement and control of carbon emission growth during the office building phase.This study takes an office building in Xiamen as an example to clar-ify the accounting boundaries of the physical and chemical stages,clarify the main carbon emission sources,and calculate the carbon emis-sions as 28951.48 tons of CO2,with a unit area carbon emissions of 0.24tons of CO2 per square meters.Finally,based on the actual situa-tion of the project,carbon reduction and carbon reduction measures such as on-site optimization of light aggregate replacement,concrete coverage and maintenance water-saving technology,LED lighting technology,etc.were provided,providing a certain reference for the calculation and control of carbon emissions in the subsequent office building construction stage.
